Tangles in Time

John Best (pictured above, Class of 2020) is rehearsing for an upcoming, neurology-related theater performance titled Tangles in Time. This innovative, original production is created and performed by people living with dementia, care partners and health professionals.

Tickets are available for performances in Philadelphia on September 13 and 14.

The project brings together collaborators from Jefferson Hospital and the Penn Memory Center, and was recently previewed by the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The production is part of the larger Theater of Witness project, which stages "testimonial" performances that share "personal and collective stories of suffering, transformation and peace". The Tangles in Time production will combine live performance with original music, film and visual imagery.
