Robert Eisinger, MD, PhD

University of Florida College of Medicine 2020 (PhD) and ’22 (MD)

I enjoy running, traveling, reading, anything outside, dogs, and bagels. I’m also an engineer at heart and love gadgets, computers, and all things tech.

My primary academic interest is neural engineering and neuromodulation, especially for movement disorders and neuropsychiatric diseases. My PhD work focused on human basal ganglia limbic electrophysiology to understand the effect of deep brain stimulation on impulsivity in Parkinson’s disease.
