Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology
I was lucky enough to have been a neurology resident and neurovascular fellow at Penn. After finishing my Fellowship, I spent a year as a stroke attending at NYU’s Brooklyn campus. I then returned to Penn as stroke neurologist and neuro-hospitalist.
My academic interests include addressing access to neurology care, both locally and globally. I have been working to expand Penn’s footprint in our local community, as well as developing Penn Neuorlogy’s global health program and initiatives. I attend at both the HUP main campus and Penn Presbyterian as a neuro-hospitalist for inpatient neurology care, and continue to see patients in my own personal outpatient stroke clinic. I also supervise in the resident’s clinic, as well as residents and fellows in the stroke urgent care clinic and post stroke discharge clinic.
