I love to travel, explore and meet new people in the process! I have been to 15 countries so far but have particularly enjoyed my visits to East African countries. I prefer spending my free time surrounded by nature, love going on hikes and am always up to do water activities (scuba diving, parasailing, snorkeling!) Next on my list is sky diving!

Within neurology, I really enjoy stroke and neurocritical care. I am interested in engaging in public health efforts to improve vascular health and reduce stroke burden in the community. I am also passionate about working on increasing access to neurological care through health policy and health system reforms.
