I’m interested in neurocritical care, epilepsy, stroke, and understanding the complex interplay between the nervous and immune systems in brain injury. I studied neuroinflammation and microglial responses after subarachnoid hemorrhage and their relationship to EEG changes for my PhD and hope to continue doing research during residency. I’m also very interested in medical education and hope to make that an integral part of my neurology career!

Outside of medicine, I love running, hiking, traveling, and checking out all the great food and drink options in Philly! I am hoping to get in a few races while here in Philly and exploring nature outside of the city.
